Renee Bermel is a successful entrepreneur and financial motivational speaker. She has over 16 years of experience in the financial industry and in her role as the President of Life Coach Financial she brings diversity, commitment and a sense of compassion to her clients and most importantly her community.

Renee is a single mom of two wonderful children living in Grimsby, and was raised in the Niagara Region. She serves on the Parent Council at her children’s school and is a member of many local business organizations. She currently sits on the board of directors for Small Business Club Niagara, and the Grimsby Chamber of Commerce.  She is an active member of Women In Niagara. She volunteers her time with many local charities and organizations. She has been appointed the Planned Giving Representative for City Kidz Charity, a charity dedicated to inspiring, instill and impacting childrens lives in low income families. Renee is also the Past President of the Hamilton/Burlington chapter of Advocis, the financial advisors association of Canada and has been active on the board for 7 years. Recognized by her peers Renee has been awarded the Hamilton Spectators Diamond Readers choice award for Financial planner of the year in 2008 and in 2009 the Business Link’s 40 under 40 award in Niagara.

Peter has the energy of the Energizer Bunny. Located in St. Catharines, Ontario he has a multiple studios that help people become fit and healthy, he offers personal training, and specializes in sports training and health. Happy to help anyone improve their lifestyle Peter has many happy clients in and out of the chapters. Peter stepped up at the end of last year to become a board member and handles some of the treasury and administration duties. If you are looking to be healthier and happier in life then Peter is certainly the person to get you there.

It has been my pleasure to represent Cogeco Cable over the past  12 years. In my position, I manage large portfolios for Major Accounts for both the residential and commercials markets. In addition to my career here at Cogeco I have been on the Cogeco Social Committee, both as a representative and as President. As well as one of only a few people in the Company to be a certified Leadership Trainer for Achieve Global, to deliver Leadership Seminars to peers and upper management to help develop effective and strong relationships for the employees of Cogeco. I also carry the CPSA designation of CSP.

When not immersed in the day to day melee of business for Cogeco, my passion & Hobbies include: Volunteer work, swimming above and especially below the water as an advanced level scuba diver, traveling, cycling, home-made wine and beer production along with raising and doting on my child; the well known “bunny-in-a-cat-suit” Ripley.

Jeff has worked in the creative and technology industry since 1994. With a strong background in design, video editing and Internet technology, Jeff’s expertise has been honed through 16 years of experience designing and developing solutions for clients from all sectors.

Jeff studied Advertising Art at Fanshawe College and holds a B.A. in Arts and Communication Studies from Brock University in the Media and Culture stream. He was co-recipient of the 1998 Niagara Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and has been a Professional Member of The Association of Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario since 1998. Not only is Jeff qualified by his peers as a specialist, he has also been officially recognized as an Internet Technology Expert by the Supreme Court of Canada.

Jeff spends time with his 2 children, Evan (7) and Sarah (3) and plays in a rock band on weekends!
